We are back!

The countdown is on: We will open our restaurant in mid-April 2025

"de MATOS " in Lucerne. Over the past few weeks, we have renovated and remodeled the former "Mardi Gras." We have put all our energy and passion into this project and are delighted to present our concept to you.

"de MATOS " is both a restaurant and a café-bar. In the restaurant, we serve uncomplicated yet surprising dishes with Spanish and Japanese influences. We use high-quality, seasonal ingredients and combine them with fermented products from our abundant stock to offer our guests an exceptional experience.

You can also stop by "de MATOS " during the day for a coffee and a slice of cake. In the evening, the café transforms into a bar with a focus on wine and champagne. We offer a varied selection of drinks by the glass and serve snacks such as jamón, tortilla, and pickled olives.
